My career in automotive manufacturing spans process engineering, production management, manufacturing engineering, and plant leadership.As Plant Manager, I currently lead a manufacturing site serving more than 30 delivery locations across multiple automotive customers. My current mandate focuses on stabilizing operations, strengthening organizational accountability, and improving operational and financial performance.Previously, as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, I coordinated production feasibility, equipment specifications, engineering changes, production trials, and commissioning.Selected achievements include:• Productivity improvements of 5–10%.
